6. Certified copy of family booklet.
7. Two copies of the Higher Medical Committee report, in case services were terminated due to illness.
8. Death Certificate, inventory of inheritance, and family information form, in case of death.

At the center: Civil and Military Retirement Committees.

Work Procedures

1. Ensuring that all required documents are complete.
2. Regulating the decision and having it signed by the retirement committee and relevant authorities.
3. Informing the applicant of the decision during his/her appointment.
4. Sending the application to the Retirement Directorate for payment.
