• At the center; The Retirement and Compensations Directorate or the Salaries Division.
• At financial centers in governorates and province s; Receiving the clearance for along with the transfer form, which are then sent to the Retirement Directorate.

2. Regulating an amendment notice then sending it to the data entry staff.
