With reference to Cabinet Decision No. (9361) dated 29/4/2015 regarding the Government commitment to purchase shares of shareholders who originally purchased these shares directly from the Government in 2007 at a price of JD (3.080) / share, and still retain ownership of these shares at a price of JD (1,800) (Dinars and eight hundred fils per share).
