1. Letter from the department in which the employee works.
2. Employee’s table of services.
3. End of service letter.
4. Medical committee decision (if service was terminated due to illness).
5. Death Certificate (in case of death).
6. Inventory of inheritance (in case of death).
7. Statement of saving cuts.

3-10 regular workdays.

Requested Fees

As per the Stamps Fees Law.

Place of Service Provision

At the center: the Civil and Military Retirement Committees.

Work Procedures

1. Ensuring that all required documents are complete.
2. Regulating the decision and having it signed by the Savings Fund Committee and relevant authorities.
3. Sending the application to the Retirement and Compensation Directorate for payment.
