Quality Control and Institutional Performance Assessment (at division level) Unit

  1. Coordinating with different directorates to prepare and develop the ministry’s strategic plan, as well as work plans and programs, in manner that helps achieve national priorities and objectives.
  2.  Institutionalizing the work of King Abdullah II Award for Government Performance and ensuring transparency in the preparation of the work environment, in a manner that satisfies the requirements for participation in the award.
  3.  Contributing to setting standards, indicators, objectives, activities, and programs in coordination with relevant authorities (directorates)
  4.  Monitoring and assessing the plans and programs relevant to the work of directorates, then analyzing and stating their results while interpreting any errors.
  5.  Preparing and implementing plans and programs for measuring and assessing institutional performance at the ministry, and stating results and providing necessary recommendations.
  6.  Providing a database that includes the results of the institutional performance assessments as main entries for the preparation of the directorate’s work plans and programs
  7. Working as a point of contact with related authorities and providing data and information regarding performance assessment.
  8. Preparing periodic reports in the field of measuring, assessing, and developing performance at the ministry.
