Required Documents	Registration and renewal requests forms. Registration and renewal collection receipt for the fees paid.
Average time needed to complete this service	30 minutes.
Requested Fees	30 JD annually.
Place of Service Provision	At the center: The Administration Directorate, Supplies and Official Gazette Division. Branches: Financial directorate at governorate.
Work Procedures	Filling the request form and collecting fees or sending the request in an official letter to the ministry. The applicant will receive copies on the address written in the submitted form.
